Hewlett Packard Enterprise said that it will continue with its lawsuit against the estate of tech billionaire Mike Lynch, who died after his superyacht sank last month. It is seeking damages of up to $4 billion. The company, which acquired Lynch's software company Autonomy for $11 billion in 2011, accused him and his former finance director Sushovan Hussain of fraud.
