HPL Electric and Power announced a work order from Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) amended, increasing its value from ₹65.72 crore (inclusive of Tax) to ₹92 crore (inclusive of tax). This is in the normal course of business for the supply of smart metres, further solidifying HPL's presence. EESL is a JV company of central PSUs under the Ministry of Power.
