HTC on Friday announced that its new dual-sim smartphone Desire 828 will cost ₹19,990 in India. Starting from December 14, the phone will be available on Flipkart. The new 4G enabled handset runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and features a 5.5-inch display, 13MP rear camera, 4MP front camera and comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage space.
