Chinese firm Huawei Technologies on Tuesday sued Samsung in the US and China claiming that the latter infringes 11 smartphone patents covering unlicensed use of 4G cellular communications technology, operating systems and UI software. As per the complaint's public portion, Huawei is seeking cash compensation, however it doesn’t seek any order to block sales of Samsung products in the US.
