A huge fire broke out on Monday morning at a 35-storey high-rise building near the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Videos showed flames engulfing the high-rise, part of a series of towers called 8 Boulevard Walk by Emaar, the state-backed developer in the emirate. The fire was extinguished later but black char marks could be seen stretching up the building.
