Panic gripped the area near the Kotkapura bypass overbridge in Moga today after a highly decomposed human skeleton was discovered in a vacant plot. Local police recovered the remains and have launched an investigation to identify the deceased. According to ASI Ajit Singh, local residents spotted the remains in the empty plot on Thursday and immediately alerted the authorities.
