Hundreds of UK companies are offering 'Early Finish Fridays' to recruit and retain Gen-Z workers, said online jobs portal Adzuna. Employees are being offered shorter days on Friday, allowing them to start their weekends a few hours earlier. The perk is being targeted at junior roles and in roles with salaries of £20,000 to £40,000 (₹20 lakh to ₹40 lakh).
