Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has announced a lifetime personal income tax exemption for women who have four or more children in an effort to increase the birth rate. The new tax measures also include subsidies for car purchases and the expansion of a loan programme for families with at least two children to help them buy homes.
