Hurricane Vance sparks meme frenzy on social media

A Pacific storm named Vance, strengthening toward Mexico's coast, triggered a wave of memes linking it to US Vice-President JD Vance. Users edited his face into the hurricane's eye. The name, assigned by the World Meteorological Organization, has no connection to the VP. A previous Hurricane Vance reached Category 2 strength in 2014.
