A man created a traffic jam on Lucknow's Butler Palace Road after blocking an administrative officer's car upon spotting his wife inside. In a video, the husband claimed his wife had been away for three months and accused the officer of destroying his family. Reports stated that UP police intervened and cleared the road while no complaint was filed.
