Hyderabad-based cab drivers' body Telangana Gig and Platform Workers Union (TGPWU) has been offering pregnant women free rides to hospitals amid lockdown. Pregnant women have been facing problems as there is no proper ambulance service and they charge a lot of money, TGPWU State President Shaik Salauddin said. He added that they've offered 27 pregnant women the service so far.
