The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has fined a man ₹4.35 lakh in various challans for putting up illegal hoardings congratulating the newly elected Hyderabad Mayor. The challans were issued to Atish Agarwal after multiple citizens flagged it up on social media. The challans have been issued for the erection of unauthorised advertisements and for illegal banners and cutouts.
