Police have arrested a Hyderabad man for allegedly killing two puppies and uploading videos on social media after filming the incidents. The incidents came to light when he uploaded the videos on Instagram from an ID identified as Ray. A complaint regarding the same was filed on November 18. The complaint alleged that the accused was a drug addict.
