Hyderabad Police have invoked Preventive Detention (PD) Act against alleged drug lord Edwin Nunes, who's the owner of Goa-based Curlies beach shack. The act has also been invoked against his associate Priteesh Narayan Borkar. The accused, who were out on bail, have been apprehended and taken to prison. They've been habitually peddling narcotic drugs in Hyderabad and Goa, police said.
