Minister of State for Science Jitendra Singh on Tuesday unveiled Hyderabad-based startup Skyroot Aerospace's indigenously built Vikram 1 rocket. The multi-stage rocket features 3D-printed liquid engines and an all-carbon-fibre structure. Vikram 1, which has a payload capacity of around 300 kg, is expected to deliver satellites to low-Earth orbit early next year.
