NIA has filed chargesheet against three individuals, including Hyderabad-based doctor Mohiuddin, for an alleged ISIS-linked conspiracy involving bioterrorism. The accused planned to use ricin, a highly toxic substance, to carry out mass poisoning in public spaces in India. They were arrested in November 2025 after Mohiuddin was caught with illegal weapons and castor oil at a Gujarat toll plaza.
