Hyderabad law university invites CJI for convocation amid student protests

Hyderabad's National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) has invited CJI Surya Kant as the chief guest for its convocation amid protests by several students. About 450 out of NALSAR's total 1,400 students earlier wrote to authorities opposing the CJI as chief guest over his remarks on NEET protests. The convocation will be held in August or September.
