The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has approved a proposal to set up outdoor air purifying units at Gachibowli, Jubilee Hills, and Panjagutta, where air pollution levels increase during peak traffic hours. Strata Enviro, the firm that sent the proposal to GHMC, said it intended to provide 500 air purifying units in the first phase.
