Hyderabad's Begum Bazar will remain closed after 5 pm from April 9 due to the surge in COVID-19 cases. The Hyderabad Kirana Merchants Association has instructed the shops in the market to operate from 9 am to 5 pm. The association has also ordered the shopkeepers to ensure physical distancing and to encourage the use of mask and sanitiser.
