Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar told Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge that he has been married for over 45 years and he never gets angry. His response came after Kharge said Dhankhar probably became angry when he sought a discussion under Rule 267. As Dhankhar asked Kharge to "modify" his remark, he said, "You don't show it, but you're angry within."
