Jamaluddin alias Chhangur Baba, accused of running a religious conversion racket in UP with over ₹106-crore foreign funding, reacted to the charges against him. Speaking to reporters, he said, "I'm innocent. I don't know anything." He allegedly funded men to trap women of different faiths and convert them to Islam. Reportedly, ₹15-16 lakh was fixed for conversions of Brahmin women.
