In a book titled 'Emma and the Other Narco Women', Former beauty queen Emma Coronel Aispuro has said that she is not legally married to Mexican drug lord El Chapo. The book, which will be released on January 25, reveals that El Chapo is still legally wed to his first wife, a social worker he married in 1977.
