Addressing the Indian community in Oman's Muscat, PM Narendra Modi on Sunday said, "I am seeing a mini-India in Oman", adding that such diversity was not seen anywhere else. Listing his government's achievements, he said their motto was 'minimum government and maximum governance'. PM Modi is currently on a three-nation tour to the Middle East.
