Outgoing Kotak Mahindra Bank CEO Ashok Vaswani said personal reasons, including becoming a grandfather, prompted his decision not to seek another term. "I became a grandfather. My daughter is in San Francisco, so San Francisco calling, daughter calling, made it compelling," he said. The bank will submit names for his successor to the RBI in line with regulatory norms.
