During a podcast, Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said that part of "working hard" involved him sending emails to employees on Saturdays. "If I don't get a response...[I send] an email on Sunday with...question mark," he added. "[At Uber,] you're going to work your a** off. If you're not performing, we're going to let you know," he further said.
