Hollywood actor Joaquin Phoenix, who had lost 23 kg for his role in 'Joker', has revealed that he developed a disorder after the weight loss. "Once you reach the target weight, everything changes," he added. "But I think...I had expected and anticipated these feelings of dissatisfaction, hunger...and a weakness with the weight loss," Phoenix further said.
