Actor Ram Kapoor, whose pictures after weight loss went viral, revealed his workout and diet routine. "I do an hour of weight-lifting on empty stomach after waking up and do cardio just before sleeping," the actor who lost about 30 kilograms said. "I eat limited food during an eight-hour period. For the rest...16 hours, I don't eat anything," Ram added.
