Filmmaker Goldie Behl, when asked if Vijay Deverakonda's 'Liger' failed because of the boycott trend, said, "No, I don't think so any film can tank at...box office because of a trend of boycotting...film." He added no trend can stop a good film from succeeding. He further said if a film connects with the audience, nothing can stop it from succeeding.
