Casting Director Mukesh Chhabra recently expressed hope for 'Ramayana' reaching the Oscars. He stated, "I feel like this could go all the way to Oscars. I'm praying. I think if Ram wills it, with Lord Ram's blessings, maybe some magic like that could happen." The film's first part will release during Diwali 2026, while second will premiere during Diwali 2027.
