Arti Singh opened up about getting panic attacks and has said that she feels alone and numb. "Every day I get up and fight it coz I have to shoot and perform...But I also know I am a fighter...I've been always vocal about it...I just know that someone who reads this gets to know you are not alone," she wrote.
