US millionaire Bryan Johnson, who's known for experiments in age reversal, said he injected himself with horse tranquiliser ketamine to investigate its effects on his brain. He said he tracked his brain data for 15 days, adding, "[Ketamine] completely scrambled my brain." Johnson said his brain activity became "more flexible and varied, potentially unlocking new connections and ways of thinking".
