Entrepreneur Suhasini Sampath, who sold her startup Yoga Bar to ITC for ₹500 crore, said she lives in a rented house in Bengaluru despite owning two houses. "Those two houses are rented out too," Suhasini told influencer Sharan Hegde. "I am a Chartered Accountant...You can set off one set of capital gains by buying up to two houses," she added.
