Actress Nisha Rawal said she is clinically bipolar. "I'm not on medication, but I've learnt the right things...It's a mood disorder, and I talk about it openly because...people [have] thrown stones at me saying, 'Oh, she's bipolar'," she explained. Nisha, who got divorced from Karan Mehra, said she has seen "generational trauma" as her mother was also a single parent.
