As the ruckus in Lok Sabha continued over Rahul Gandhi attempting to quote former Army chief MM Naravane's memoir, Presiding Officer Krishna Prasad Tenneti said, "You have been given permission to speak on the Honourable President's speech." To this, Gandhi angrily replied, "I am the Leader of the Opposition of this country. You're not giving me permission. It's my right."
