Amid controversy over viral deepfake videos of actresses, PM Narendra Modi said that deepfakes are one of the biggest threats facing India's system and added that these can cause chaos in society. Urging journalists to educate people on 'deepfake', he stated, "I saw a fake video of me doing garba but I haven't played garba since school."
