The Income Tax Department on Wednesday carried out a survey action on consumer goods company Marico as part of a nationwide action, NDTV Profit reported. It was conducted at multiple Marico offices, major dealers, and factories due to scrutiny of certain foreign funding transactions. Meanwhile, other reports said that over 200 officers took part in the investigation.
