On the occasion of late Goa CM Manohar Parrikar's birth anniversary on Friday, state CM Pramod Sawant said that Parrikar transferred his "josh" to him and that's why he "can work 15-16 hours daily". "Parrikar had asked [at a bridge inauguration]...'How is the josh?'...he had said 'I transfer my josh to you'...those were his last words," Sawant added.
