Mohandas Pai, chairman of Aarin Capital, made a raw confession on the podcast: "I didn't see my boys grow up. I've been a bad son, a bad husband, a bad father," he said after working 12-14 hours a day for 17 years. "I built my country and my industry, but then I said, I want my life back."
