Referring to the dot-com bubble when his company's valuation crossed $200 billion in 2000, SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son said he was richer than Bill Gates for three days. SoftBank, however, lost 99% of its worth after the dot-com bubble burst and became a $2 billion company. And, Masayoshi Son lost almost all his $70 billion wealth.
