Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) has dedicated his upcoming debut short film, 'Single X', to the censor board. Launching 'RGV Talkies', a digital platform, he added, "My interest in digital space is because I don’t need to restrict content for censor purposes and feature length requirements." He also said that he will not be making films on God and sports.
