IAF Squadron leader Minty Agarwal, who was awarded the Yudh Seva Medal, has said that she witnessed Wing Commander Abhinandan shooting down Pakistan's F-16 aircraft during a dogfight after the Balakot strike. "He was in a two way communication with me," she added. "He launched the offensive on the enemy aircraft at the most appropriate time," she further said.
