On Dostcast, Subramanian Swamy said that if he became Prime Minister, he would abolish income tax, calling it the root of many problems in society. He explained that India isn’t equipped to collect income tax effectively. Swamy also proposed fixing FD rates for the middle class at 9% and reducing borrowing interest rates to 2%.
