The Indian Air Force (IAF) fighter jets performed touch-and-go landing on the airstrip of Uttar Pradesh's Purvanchal Expressway today as a part of emergency exercise. Earlier in the day, the IAF officials conducted an inspection of the Sultanpur airstrip before aircraft operations. The exercise took place on the airstrip after a gap of 19 months.
