The Indian Air Force will get at least six Tejas Light Combat Aircraft by March 2026, HAL (Hindustan Aeronautics Limited) Chairman DK Sunil has said. He stated that the aircrafts could not be delivered before the deadline as their engines were not supplied in time. Earlier, IAF Chief AP Singh criticised HAL for the slow pace of manufacturing Tejas aircraft.
