A special court has ordered the attachment of official residence of Bjinor IAS officer Jasjit Kaur over a five-year delay in land compensation to a farmer in Rajasthan. The residence would be auctioned if necessary, and the money obtained would be paid to the farmer, the court said. Kaur has also been asked to appear before court on January 9.
