IAS officer Shubham Gupta, worried about malnutrition in Todsa Ashram School, Maharashtra, worked with Feeding India and Udyog Yantra to install an AI machine. It checked 2,100 images and data points, finding issues with menu compliance, leading to improved food quality and nutritional parameters. Through these efforts, the number of malnourished students has reduced from 61 to 20.
