Pari Bishnoi, a prominent IAS officer lived like a ‘monk’ without any social media presence and a mobile phone before she cracked UPSC CSE with an AIR 30. An alum of Delhi University and MDS University, she was born in 1996 to Advocate Maniram Bishnoi and Police Officer Sushila Bishnoi in Rajasthan.
