The Indian Banks Association (IBA) has decided to hold further negotiations with the bank unions, which have given a call for a four-day strike from February 25. The unions are demanding a 19.5 percent hike in wages but the IBA is offering only 13 percent. There are 28 PSU banks in the country, having about eight lakh employees.
