IBM's China head Chen Xudong has been accused of misconduct by an ex-employee in a 15-page letter that surfaced online. The ex-employee alleged that Xudong leaked confidential information, broke the company's rules on expenses by taking his team to karaoke bars, accepted gift vouchers and cash from outside partners and more. IBM is currently investigating the allegations.
