Delhi HC said The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) can hold CA firms accountable for misconduct if one individual cannot be held responsible. The HC said notice to a firm is notice to all members who are partners or employees of firm. The court was hearing petitions filed by partners at domestically affiliated firms of PwC and KPMG.
